GIURI ASSOCIATI will process as data controller your personal data (and notably your name, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses) in order (a) to provide you any required legal advice services, and/or (b) to send you our newsletters, and/or invitations to our conferences, events and receptions. The processing for purpose (a) will be carried out pursuant to Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (for the performance of the contract to and for compliance with legal obligations to which we may be subjected). The processing for purpose (b) will be carried pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (to send updates on the laws of Italy and our services).
Your data will be processed for these purposes (in compliance with the rules of protection and privacy set forth by the GDPR) only by persons specifically appointed by our firm, and notably by our partners, associates, consultants and employees. Any external service provider we may use in order to perform our services will act on our behalf, as appointed data processor. We will not transfer your personal data to any third party without your prior written consent or unless required by the law.
We will keep the data collected for the processing for purpose (a), for as long as required for the provision of our services and subject to the legal limitation period. We will keep the data collected for the processing for purpose (b), until we receive your opposition/opt out.
At any time, subject to the existence of a legitimate interest, you will be entitled to receive access to your data, a statement from our firm confirming that such data relate to you, a list of the categories of data which are concerned and the recipient or categories of recipients to which data have been communicated. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for the purpose (b) above (pursuing our legitimate interests to send updates on the laws of Italy and newsletters and invitations to our conferences, events and receptions) and, if applicable, the right to have these data corrected, blocked or deleted.
